Locking Differential Thrust Block – GM (12479069)

Locking Differential Thrust Block is a service part for the engine, transmission or driveline. Because several build codes can share the same external description, the part number is the only dependable match.

Replace the Differential Thrust Block when inspection shows wear, cracking or leakage that the surrounding components cannot explain. Rule out the cheaper causes first.

This Differential Thrust Block is listed as part 12479069 (Differentials). Where a number has been superseded, the current reference is the one that ships, so check any supersession note before ordering.

This is GM dealer-sourced stock rather than an equivalent, so the number on the Differential Thrust Block traces straight back to the manufacturer.
