Fuel Return Pipe – GM (22923911)

Fuel Return Pipe routes fluid through the engine bay or underbody. The crimp or flare is the usual failure point, and it fails from vibration rather than from pressure.

Replace the Fuel Return Pipe when a leak appears at a flare or when the line has been bent close to a heat source. Routing must follow the original path or it will chafe.

Reference number for the Fuel Return Pipe: 22923911. It is filed under Fuel Rails & Lines, and it is the number that has to match the part coming off the vehicle.

This is GM dealer-sourced stock rather than an equivalent, so the number on the Fuel Return Pipe traces straight back to the manufacturer.
