Engine Water Pump – ACDelco (252-693)

Engine Water Pump maintains flow or pressure in a closed circuit. Restrictions elsewhere in the circuit produce the same symptoms as a worn pump, so both have to be checked.

Replace the Engine Water Pump when a pressure gauge shows a drop under load, or when the pump has been run dry. Running dry scores the internals beyond recovery.

This Engine Water Pump is listed under part number 252-693, filed under Water Pumps. If the original number is unreadable, send us the VIN and we will confirm the reference before dispatch.

The stock here is genuine ACDELCO, and this Engine Water Pump keeps the original engineering number, which matters once a number has been superseded more than once.
