Engine Mount – Volvo (31200242)

Engine Mount mounts and isolates a heavy powertrain component. Hydraulic-filled and solid designs are not interchangeable even when the bolt pattern matches.

Replace the Engine Mount when there is excessive movement under load or a vibration that was not there before. A collapsed mount loads the others and they fail in sequence.

Reference number for the Engine Mount: 31200242. It is filed under Engine Mounts & Covers, and it is the number that has to match the part coming off the vehicle.

The stock here is genuine VOLVO, and this Engine Mount keeps the original engineering number, which matters once a number has been superseded more than once.
