Engine Cover – Kia (29240-2B600)

Engine Cover is a formed or cast component that surrounds or supports part of the powertrain. Corrosion and cracking at mounting points are the usual reasons for replacement.

Replace the Engine Cover when you find a crack that weeps under pressure, or when the mounting ears have failed. Welding a casting rarely restores the original alignment.

Reference number for the Engine Cover: 29240-2B600. It is filed under Engine Mounts & Covers, and it is the number that has to match the part coming off the vehicle.

This is genuine KIA stock, supplied for the Engine Cover with the manufacturer number intact so the reference on the box matches the catalogue.
